Salary: $78,000 – $107,250 (plus 15% incentive).

What you will do

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle complex primary and excess management liability claims.
• Analyze coverage under insurance policies and draft complex coverage correspondence.
• Manage litigation filed nationwide, including appointing and directing defense counsel.
• Communicate coverage positions to policyholders and internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and serve as a technical referral point for team members.
• Collaborate with underwriting and Claims Managers on case developments and product line issues.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of management liability claims or litigation experience required.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• College degree or professional designation required; JD preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for complex issue resolution.
