What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide software procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of complex software renewals, including planning, quoting, and negotiation.
• Partner with IT to establish a Software Steering Committee and standardize preferred vendor usage.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and executive-level presentations for procurement decisions.
• Incorporate KPIs and SLAs into supplier contracts to ensure performance standards.
• Mentor procurement team members on RFx creation, negotiation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work Central Time Zone hours.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT operations or procurement.
• Proven negotiation experience with large software providers like Microsoft, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Strong proficiency in creating complex financial models, ROI analysis, and executive reporting.
• Firm grasp of IT infrastructure, security, and systems administration.
