TL;DR
Strategic Account Manager (Auto/Manufacturing): Drive revenue growth and customer success across designated enterprise accounts, building long-term relationships and leading large-scale transactions with an accent on business planning, competitive intelligence, and renewals/expansion of software subscriptions. Focus on forecasting, pipeline management, and aligning executive-level stakeholders to close and expand enterprise deals.

What you will do
- Align with strategic objectives and grow revenue and market share across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Develop and deliver business plans based on customer and prospect priorities and critical needs.
- Own account relationships and drive overall customer success across the customer organization.
- Build consensus and relationships with executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers.
- Lead large-scale transactions: build pipeline, forecast business, coordinate internal teams, and communicate key updates and competitive intelligence.
- Exceed quarterly and annual goals for new and expansion software subscriptions, renewals, professional services, and training.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of exceeding enterprise software sales targets.
- Experience selling enterprise software with vertical use cases and fast-moving startup environments.
- Data management or data warehousing experience.
- Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and public cloud infrastructure.
- Four-year bachelorβs degree from an accredited university.
- Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
