Location: Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN) — regular in-office presence (approx. 2-3 days per week) required
Salary: $220,000 (Total on-target compensation)

What you will do
- Prospect for new large supplier accounts ($300M+ revenue) via email campaigns, networking, and cold calling.
- Utilize a prescriptive approach to demonstrate the value of Full Service products to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal team members to create and present effective tailored solutions.
- Orchestrate the full sales cycle and align with key stakeholders to drive maximum revenue.
- Deliver persuasive executive-level presentations to move clients toward a purchase decision.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current account base.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis office (Hybrid).
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in quota-carrying sales (or 12 years total experience).
- Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Strong ability to identify customer challenges and articulate value-added solutions.
- Strategic planning, organization, and prioritization skills to execute effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Experience with Salesforce.com.
