What you will do

• Manage and mentor the IT team, focusing on performance and professional development.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems.
• Maintain ISO 27001 security controls to protect company data and systems.
• Plan and execute IT projects while managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Establish IT SLA metrics to ensure business and security objectives are met.
• Develop and enforce IT policies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, and project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, SAML, MFA, and SSO.
• Current authorization to work in Canada for any employer.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 principles and practices.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP.
