Analyst, Advanced Analytics (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto office at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026; current work authorization for Canada is required. Flexible hybrid schedule.

Salary: CAD 75,000–95,000 annual base salary, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy reporting and analytics solutions across the organization.
• Analyze marketing, event, and sales campaigns using A/B testing and pre- versus post-campaign analysis.
• Support targeted sales and marketing campaigns and customer-level analytical research.
• Research and prototype advanced statistical and AI models and develop new analytical tools.
• Complete ad hoc analysis, data extraction, information gathering, and management reporting.
• Work with technology teams to identify and resolve data, environment, and implementation issues.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, mathematics/statistics, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience with regression, decision trees, affinity analysis, clustering or segmentation, and time-series forecasting.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, KNIME, and advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret complex quantitative data and communicate findings visually to management and stakeholders.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Financial services or investment industry experience.
• Data pipeline design and GIS software experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining Python models.
• Certifications in MS Office, SAS, KNIME, Snowflake, or Tableau.
