TL;DR

Analyst, Advanced Analytics (Python/SQL): Developing and deploying reporting and analytics solutions for finance and executive teams with an accent on statistical modeling and marketing campaign analysis. Focus on deciphering complex data, prototyping AI models, and communicating quantitative insights to stakeholders.

Location: Current work authorization for Canada is required. Flexible hybrid arrangement in Toronto (moving to Mississauga in late 2026).

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

What you will do

• Analyze marketing, events, and sales campaigns using AB tests and pre/post analysis.
• Support targeted sales and marketing campaigns and participate in customer-level research projects.
• Research and prototype advanced statistical and AI models.
• Develop reporting and analytics deployments to identify significant business trends.
• Collaborate with tech groups to resolve data, environment, or implementation issues.
• Handle ad-hoc requests for data extraction and information gathering.

Requirements

• Work authorization for Canada is required.
• University degree in Engineering, Math/Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling (linear/logistic regression, decision trees, clustering, time series).
• Technical skills in Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the investment industry and financial services.
• Experience with Data Pipeline design and GIS software.
• Experience developing and maintaining Python models.
• Certifications in SAS, KNIME, Snowflake, or Tableau.
