Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence (AI)

Location: Toronto or London; hybrid schedule with in-office work 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: CAD 114,000–143,000 annually in Toronto; GBP 70,000–88,000 annually in London. Eligible for equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead administration of the Domo and Tableau BI platforms and shape their long-term roadmap.
• Build advanced dashboards using BI features and custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to connect data from multiple sources.
• Manage and scale ETL pipelines with Airflow and Jenkins while maintaining version-controlled code in GitHub.
• Identify practical applications of AI to accelerate development, automate repetitive work, and solve complex data problems.
• Lead user training, share BI updates through Slack, and mentor analysts across the company.
• Review visualizations for clarity, design quality, and user experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Experience administering Domo and Tableau and managing BI tool roadmaps.
• Advanced SQL skills with strong technical experience in Python and Java.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for dashboard customization.
• Experience integrating, cleaning, and harmonizing data from multiple sources, plus automating ETL workflows with Airflow and Jenkins.
• Ability to own BI projects end to end, communicate technical concepts clearly, and lead user training.
