What you will do

• Calculate and review royalties and referral fees based on contract terms.
• Investigate data discrepancies and track issues back to source data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners to resolve basic issues.
• Analyze data sets to identify variances and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Sales Ops to improve data accuracy.
• Pull and organize data from reporting tools to support audits and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, finance, accounting, or procurement.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico.
