What you will do

• Administer bi-weekly multistate payroll for 2,500 employees across 40+ states.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for the APAC region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Reconcile benefits, earnings, and equity while maintaining accurate general ledgers.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries via CRM according to established SLAs.
• Prepare quarterly SOX reviews and implement audit recommendations.
• Document global payroll processes and identify areas for performance improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international multistate payrolls in-house and outsourced.
• Strong familiarity with payroll accounting, equity, and benefits management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with payroll and HR software systems.
• English proficiency required, plus ability to work in at least one other language.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high accuracy with minimal errors.
