What you will do

• Monitor the AP inbox and resolve vendor inquiries and issues.
• Process and record invoices and payroll reports in financial systems.
• Perform bank account and vendor reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Execute payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Finance, Accountant, or Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) is a must.
• Must be located in one of the following countries: Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay, Colombia, Bolivia, or Chile.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills when dealing with financial documents.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with a global, distributed team.
