What you will do

• Direct and optimize the global GL shared services team, ensuring timely journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and enforce global accounting policies to maintain consistency across all operating regions.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce the close cycle timeline.
• Partner with IT and finance transformation teams to implement ERP enhancements and standardization initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing shared services team while monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as the primary liaison between regional finance teams and corporate headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including global shared services management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Proven experience in managing global accounting operations and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O.
