What you will do

• Perform daily R2R activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and closing timetables.
• Prepare and post standard journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and amortization.
• Conduct timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Perform P&L review and variance analysis to support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Tax, Statutory Reporting, and Entity Controllers.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation, schedules, and responses to queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent certification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in General Ledger or R2R accounting in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Good understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems; familiarity with Workday and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Flexibility to work mid-shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) to support regional and global finance operations.
