What you will do

• Perform daily intercompany accounting tasks in compliance with established policies.
• Coordinate with global locations to obtain necessary documentation and resolve inquiries.
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze intercompany accounts and prepare detailed month-end reconciliations.
• Investigate unreconciled items and develop action plans to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide accurate financial data to controllers and accounting management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in intercompany accounting or as a Senior Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in General Ledger journals and intercompany balance reconciliation.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different time zones.
• Must be amenable to working on a day shift in Manila.

• Experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
