What you will do

• Drive performance analytics and reporting to improve Enrollment Specialist productivity and coaching.
• Monitor and optimize operational workflows, identifying root causes of product bugs and brainstorming solutions.
• Lead cross-functional operational initiatives related to new launches and product improvements.
• Maintain staffing strategies and conduct monthly audits to ensure scorecard accuracy.
• Support the design and roll-out of new enrollment team tests and pilots.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in analytical problem-solving, structured project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in strategy consulting or startup operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong data-savvy skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority workstreams with precision.
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience in value-based care, risk-bearing arrangements, or oncology.
• MBA degree.
• Proficiency with Looker.
