What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the onboarding and implementation of assigned client projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the implementation process.
• Monitor systems post-launch and gather feedback to streamline implementation processes.
• Stay current with project management best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring implementations.
• Experience managing integrations with health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (eligible for 401k and US benefits).
• BA/BS degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
