What you will do
- Deliver consulting services with Project Managers to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines for on-time, on-budget go-lives.
- Streamline processes to reduce order management cycle times and increase cash velocity.
- Train, coach, and mentor client personnel to build client capabilities and support standardization of best practices.
- Identify and monitor project risks, and proactively report results throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Maintain project rigor and deliver measurable financial and voice-of-customer results; target 60% monthly client billable utilization.
- Update Salesforce.com, SharePoint, and other required systems with project status, time/expense, and documentation; identify add-on implementation services.
Requirements
- Experience selling and providing healthcare software consulting services.
- Deep understanding of medical insurance billing and reimbursement relationships between patients, providers, and insurance carriers.
- In-depth Medicare billing experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong finance and accounting skills to communicate effectively with corporate officials.
- Proven process analysis and improvement methods with demonstrated business benefits; strong Excel skills for exporting and analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 85–90%.
