What you will do

• Build and scale the foundational Research Ops infrastructure, including participant sourcing and tool implementation.
• Design and execute rigorous mixed-methods research, combining quantitative sentiment benchmarking with qualitative deep-dives.
• Lead early-stage discovery research to validate product concepts and influence the strategic roadmap.
• Synthesize complex data into high-impact creative artifacts like infographics and highlight videos for executive leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, and Engineering to connect user pain points directly to revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Research within a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
• Deep analytical proficiency in both quantitative user engagement data and qualitative insights.
• Proven track record of building Research Ops, managing compliance, NDAs, and participant payouts.
• Strategic business acumen with the ability to map user behaviors to ARR and adoption metrics.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience as a founding researcher or establishing a research function from the ground up.
