Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. Office attendance is required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

Salary: $205,000 - $300,000 per year

What you will do

• Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
• Craft every detail of new product features, from initial idea and UX to pixel-perfect execution.
• Lead projects end-to-end in collaboration with engineers to drive the vision to shipment.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success teams to prioritize and scope the product roadmap based on user needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to devise new ways to tell product stories across the user lifecycle and various channels.
• Create intuitive new patterns and intentionally evolve the design system as the product scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional working experience in product design.
• Proven ability to run complex projects independently from end to end.
• Sharp intuition for creating accessible mental models and intuitive user flows.
• Ability to balance high-level craft and aesthetics with business practicality and speed.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, research, and data teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to deliver better results.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and building tools within small teams.
• Ability to code (a designer who can code).
• Familiarity with the work of computing pioneers like Douglas Engelbart and Alan Kay.
