Salary: $185,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Lead high-impact research for the Enterprise & Platform area, focusing on admin, IT, and builder experiences.
• Conduct mixed-methods research (foundational, generative, evaluative, and post-launch) across the product lifecycle.
• Shape critical product areas including admin onboarding, platform setup, governance, permissions, and ROI reporting.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science to influence the roadmap and drive product execution.
• Mentor and enable team members to conduct high-quality evaluative research.
• Thoughtfully integrate AI tools into the research workflow while maintaining rigor and quality.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of UX Research (UXR) experience with a proven track record in B2B or enterprise product strategy.
• Deep expertise in researching IT, admin, and builder personas within complex software environments.
• Strong systems-thinking ability to balance competing needs of buyers, admins, end-users, and security teams.
• Mastery of qualitative methods (contextual inquiry, journey mapping, JTBD) and quantitative skills (survey design, statistical literacy).
• Ability to drive research independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for exploratory analysis.
• Experience with enterprise security, compliance, governance research, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise APIs, MCP, connectors, or integration architecture.
• Background in productivity tools, collaboration software, or knowledge management.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools across the research lifecycle.
