Salary: €71,300–€95,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage program execution and day-to-day activities from product definition to deployment.
• Lead cross-functional product development teams to ensure alignment on engineering and operational goals.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, proactively identifying and resolving program bottlenecks.
• Partner with engineering and marketing teams to define design concepts and expand product lines.
• Communicate program status, risks, and key issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction by managing technical performance and resolving customer-facing issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Pavia, Italy, five days per week.
• Familiarity with development lifecycles for silicon products and IP development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong task delegation and planning skills.
• Ability to drive consensus and resolve conflicts among diverse technical and non-technical groups.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
