Annual Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000

What you will do
- Partner with commercial leadership to define and execute sales strategies.
- Lead cross-functional projects aligning sales, marketing, operations, legal, and customer success workflows.
- Oversee Salesforce design, configuration, governance, data quality standards, and integrations.
- Optimize end-to-end sales processes including lead management, quote generation, and customer master data.
- Drive Salesforce best practices adoption and provide pipeline health, performance, and forecasting analysis via dashboards and reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems, security, privacy, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and reporting (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, workflows, validation rules, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and integrations (Tableau, Power BI, Outreach, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with CRM governance, data quality, and master data management.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
