What you will do

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules for video and multimedia content.
• Lead kickoff meetings to align creative, technical, and executive teams on project briefs and milestones.
• Act as the central hub for global stakeholders to ensure regional requirements are met.
• Review deliverables for brand consistency, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Legal & Compliance departments to ensure adherence to corporate governance.
• Monitor production cycles to identify issues early and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple concurrent assignments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional client service mindset with excellent persuasion and communication abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
