What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including executive leadership, to facilitate communication and escalations.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate project structure and SOX compliance.
• Proactively identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks to minimize impacts on cost and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to assign tasks and evaluate progress.
• Provide subject matter expertise for pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, and internal training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-8 years of experience in the communications industry.
• 5+ years of project management or service operations experience.
• Proven experience directly interfacing with internal and external customers.
• Strong negotiation skills at a project level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
