Salary: $88,500 – $115,000

What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality from initiation through closing phases.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
• Coordinate task lists for technicians and manage deliverables across internal departments.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document issues to find effective solutions.
• Direct design reviews and coordinate system programming and final system checkouts.
• Oversee project turnover to clients, service departments, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades, AV, or digital signage.
• Strong understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon certifications.
