Salary: CAD $150,000 – $180,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Deliver sales, profit, market share, and inventory targets for the Walmart business according to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the account, including forecasting, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional execution.
  • Own and advance Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives to align strategic priorities with the retailer's objectives.
  • Leverage shopper insights and category analytics to identify incremental growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Activation, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for flawless execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing account team.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of sales experience with national accounts; Walmart experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth through strategic account management.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including P&L management and forecasting.
  • Experience with joint business planning and omnichannel retail execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Mississauga, Ontario.
