What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for transitioning to agentic software development across the full lifecycle.
• Partner with internal teams to shape the portfolio of AI development tools and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Establish and lead the governance structure for agentic development to ensure alignment and scalability.
• Build infrastructure including MCP servers, verification layers, and plugin marketplaces to support AI-native workflows.
• Foster an internal engineering community to share best practices and drive sustained adoption.
• Manage token and compute budgets, ensuring cost governance is integrated into the development workflow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software development and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Technical fluency in modern software development and AI tooling integration.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic coding frameworks, LLM-powered development, and supporting infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering platform capabilities or transformation programs in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
