What you will do

• Architect and deliver autonomous workflows, multi-step reasoning agents, and AI copilots.
• Define scalable solutions leveraging LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and modular service patterns.
• Develop agents utilizing function calling, RAG, memory systems, and planning loops.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
• Design production-grade guardrails for hallucination mitigation and policy compliance.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on AI system architecture.

Requirements

• Experience designing, building, or integrating agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Ability to design tool-augmented agents including RAG and memory systems.
• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation, and production-grade guardrails.
• Understanding of AI system architecture, latency, and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, safety, and bias mitigation.
