What you will do

• Develop and deploy full-loop agentic systems capable of performing real-world actions.
• Define agent capabilities and expand complex agent workflows.
• Implement benchmarking frameworks to evaluate agent performance and reliability.
• Manage and enforce token budgets for LLM-based operations.
• Collaborate on model selection, retrieval strategies, and orchestration patterns.

Requirements

• Production experience building LLM-based agents is essential.
• Proven ability to build agents that call tools, manage state across tasks, and handle failures.
• Deep knowledge of agentic architecture, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.
