Collections Analyst

What you will do

• Review outstanding bills and contact customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly collection forecasts for assigned regions.
• Conduct a minimum of 35 outgoing calls daily to secure payments.
• Identify, document, and escalate customer disputes within the system.
• Prepare monthly reports on the status of credits and collections.
• Maintain close working relationships with internal teams and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in Customer Service or Credit and Collections.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
