Compensation: $206,300 - $309,400 USD

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and marketing initiatives for the Individual segment through continuous optimization.
  • Manage all B2C and e-commerce activities, including the UpToDate storefront.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, including pricing, channel management, and subscriber renewal programs.
  • Create and manage segment P&L, sales forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Lead the license compliance strategy, programs, and team.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to achieve segment objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading high-performing B2C teams, preferably in healthcare technology.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product, technology, or software leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading B2C digital products.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical decision support (CDS) products and healthcare industry workflows.
  • Proven experience owning P&L or driving revenue outcomes for consumer products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in modern product development and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or MBA.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in high-growth, agile environments like startups or tech-forward companies.
