What you will do

• Define the ecosystem strategy, establishing the build-vs-partner framework to determine core product features versus third-party enablement.
• Own the end-to-end integration portfolio, managing first-party integrations like Shopify and QuickBooks and scaling the developer platform.
• Lead the MCP strategy to enable external AI agents and systems to interact with the platform on behalf of businesses and clients.
• Define and track success metrics, including developer adoption and partner-driven revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and BD teams to align roadmap priorities and navigate co-development tradeoffs.
• Communicate complex technical tradeoffs and platform progress to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on developer-facing products (APIs, developer portals).
• Proven experience building or scaling developer ecosystems and managing API monetization.
• Technical fluency in API design, webhook architecture, and MCP.
• Experience collaborating with Partnerships/BD teams in shared-accountability relationships.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous spaces using first-principles thinking.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Fluency with AI tools used to accelerate discovery and tradeoff analysis.
• Experience in vertical SaaS, services-industry platforms, or multi-tenant B2B environments.
