What you will do

• Monitor and control a diverse portfolio of wind, solar, and BESS assets via SCADA systems.
• Adjust plant operating parameters including power generation and voltage as directed by grid authorities.
• Communicate with and dispatch field personnel for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Manage outage schedules, forecasting activities, and corrective maintenance tickets in SAP.
• Ensure strict adherence to NERC standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain detailed operational logs and assist in the integration of new generation assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Salt Lake City, UT.
• 2+ years of experience in control center operations, preferably in utility-scale renewables.
• 3-5 years of experience in the power generation industry.
• Familiarity with NERC standards, electrical substation safety, and SCADA systems.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation systems like SAP or SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with LOTO practices and electrical switchgear switching.
• Prior NERC or PJM certification.
