What you will do

• Lead end-to-end financing strategy and execution for EMEA projects.
• Partner with Treasury and leadership to structure financing and address project needs.
• Manage legal due diligence and coordinate with external counsel across banks and law firms.
• Negotiate transaction documents and ensure alignment with customer contracting workflows.
• Oversee board approvals and satisfy lender conditions precedent for drawdowns.
• Maintain legal support for post-closing lender maintenance, including amendments and waivers.

Requirements

• 7-10 years PQE in legal practice.
• Background in technology, asset financing, or project financing.
• Experience at a top-tier law firm or bank.
• Ability to manage end-to-end financing transactions autonomously.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Bilingual language skills strongly preferred.
