What you will do

• Manage the equity stack end-to-end, including option grants, RSU plans, and 409A coordination.
• Lead legal workstreams for venture financings (SAFEs, convertible notes) and M&A activity.
• Maintain corporate infrastructure, including board consents, annual filings, and subsidiary governance.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Product counsel on partnership structures and employee IP assignments.
• Build AI-driven self-service infrastructure and templates to automate routine corporate tasks.
• Ensure the company remains investor-ready through rigorous governance and compliance hygiene.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of legal experience, blending top-tier law firm and in-house tenure at high-growth tech companies.
• Deep fluency in equity documentation, dilution mechanics, and cap table management.
• Proven ability to own venture financing and strategic investment workstreams independently.
• Experience with corporate governance, board consents, and subsidiary structuring.
• Must be based in Stockholm (On-site).
• English: C1+ proficiency required (company language).
