Salary: $215,000 - $245,000

hirify.global is an AI platform providing proprietary credit data and high-value workflows for global debt markets.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary legal contact for Sales and RevOps, managing day-to-day deal flow.
  • Draft and negotiate the full suite of commercial agreements, including Order Forms, Terms, and NDAs.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager as the primary legal lead for vendor agreements.
  • Operate and optimize the contracting workflow within the Ironclad platform.
  • Handle renewals, amendments, and non-standard terms to ensure deals move at pace.
  • Provide support in adjacent areas such as Company Secretarial and corporate policy work.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years PQE.
  • Qualified in English or New York law.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York or London.
  • Strong expertise in commercial and vendor contract negotiation.
  • Ability to manage high volume with accuracy under time pressure.
  • Solution-minded approach to risk and deal closure.
