TL;DR

Business Manager (Fintech): Coordinating and managing the Americas product pipeline and strategic initiatives with an accent on cross-functional alignment, management reporting, and operational efficiency. Focus on executing business strategy, overseeing product governance, and supporting leadership with complex analytical projects and financial oversight.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Downers Grove, IL or New York City, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 annually

What you will do

  • Manage the Americas product pipeline across asset classes and client channels.
  • Develop management reporting and oversee product governance committees.
  • Prepare presentations for Fund Boards and executive management committees.
  • Coordinate KPIs, financial alignment, and strategic planning processes.
  • Facilitate internal communications, town halls, and leadership meetings.
  • Oversee project management, business continuity, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial services leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the asset management industry and private markets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear recommendations.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be able to work from the office 4 days per week.
