AVP Enterprise Strategy (Fintech)

TL;DR

AVP, Enterprise Strategy (Fintech): Supporting the development of enterprise-level growth and diversification plans with an accent on M&A strategy and cross-functional leadership. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, defining execution strategies, and presenting data-driven insights to the Executive Leadership Team.

Location: Must be based in the US, with a requirement to commute to a local Hub for in-person engagement.

Salary: $90,000 – $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Develop agenda and strategic materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Partner with Finance to model the impact of growth strategies on key company metrics.
• Ideate and define new enterprise growth and diversification initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and develop execution strategies (build, buy, partner).
• Support the M&A team in defining strategic rationales for potential acquisition targets.
• Lead C-Suite special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or business strategy.
• 1+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present data-driven insights to senior business leaders.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit cards or retail banking.
