Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do
- Advocate for the GRC technology platform as the primary tool for risk and governance program activities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and manage organizational risks on a holistic level.
- Develop Features and User Stories, and lead UAT, regression activities, and release validation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, user experience, and technical architecture enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile rituals (Scrum and Kanban).
- Support the day-to-day management and operation of the GRC Risk technology platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or Finance (or 7+ years of equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in SDLC, including Design, QA, and UAT.
- 4+ years of experience in operational risk management techniques and control assessment.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Experience with eGRC platforms such as Archer, SAI360, MetricStream, or Audit Board.
- 4+ years of experience in the Risk, Banking, or Credit Card industry.
- Experience working with global teams in an offshore/onshore model.
