Head of Market Intelligence (Corporate Strategy) (Fintech)

Location: USA — New York City, New York

Base salary: $178,000–$329,000 annually, plus annual bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, and technology trends to identify strategic implications for hirify.global.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key market participants, industry dynamics, positioning, platform advantages, and future-state scenarios.
• Quantify enterprise value creation opportunities through revenue and profit pool analysis, capital allocation trade-offs, and portfolio assessments.
• Build market share analyses, including TAM/SAM assessments and market share capture models, with business units.
• Lead the strategic intelligence and insights roadmap.
• Present findings directly to hirify.global’s Executive Leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or investment banking, including leadership of high-impact market intelligence work.
• Strong structured analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready frameworks.
• Experience in strategic financial modeling, competitive analysis, and market sizing methodologies.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Background in capital markets, financial services, or fintech.
• Experience using AI-enabled research methods for landscape assessments or market intelligence.
