Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement, insurance, and subadvisory clients.
- Manage day-to-day client activities and maintain consistent engagement with Strategic Account Managers.
- Support pre- and post-sale processes, including RFP lifecycle management and presentation development.
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, compliance, trading, and product teams to deliver operational support.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual terms while verifying client eligibility.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client materials for reporting and due diligence.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of asset management experience in client relationship management or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree required with Series 7 and 63 licenses.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive accountability across internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in New York, NY and able to comply with the firm's hybrid office policy.
Nice to have
- CIMA, CFA, or CFP designations.
- French language proficiency.
