Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 USD

What you will do
- Build strategic partnerships with a defined group of clients to ensure maximum platform value.
- Guide day-to-day engagement and influence digital adoption programs to strengthen retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to produce high-quality customer success qualified leads.
- Analyze client business models, goals, and adoption trends to deliver tailored guidance.
- Collaborate across internal teams to resolve client challenges and investigate workflows.
- Utilize Salesforce and internal reporting tools to track performance and inform action plans.
Requirements
- Strong relationship management experience with a track record of driving retention and growth.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience supporting clients via virtual communication tools (Teams/Zoom).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Background in electronic billing, payments, or merchant services preferred.
