What you will do

• Execute a global delivery model, managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and quality goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities while providing strong team leadership.
• Track and analyze project performance, proactively reporting on risks, blockers, and mitigations.
• Build solid stakeholder relationships and deliver successful, referenceable implementations.
• Manage project documentation and ensure smooth transition to operations upon completion.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager role.
• Experience managing enterprise cloud software implementations and complex integrations.
• Proven experience in the legal sector or working with law firms.
• Strong budget management experience, including fixed fee and time & materials models.
• Experience running executive steering committees for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
