Salary: $77,700–$120,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients transitioning to SaaS products.
- Oversee implementation projects, coordinating with internal teams to meet strict timelines and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges, risks, and technical issues.
- Maintain project documentation and tracking in ClickUp to ensure accurate reporting to senior management.
- Facilitate discovery, technical, and onboarding calls to align client needs with product configurations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of client delivery or project management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes and business analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Experience in the Real Estate or adjacent industries.
- Proficiency with ClickUp.
- Working knowledge of SQL and API workflows.
