What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients transitioning to SaaS products.
• Oversee implementation projects, coordinating with internal teams to meet strict timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges, risks, and technical issues.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking in ClickUp to ensure accurate reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate discovery, technical, and onboarding calls to align client needs with product configurations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of client delivery or project management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes and business analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the Real Estate or adjacent industries.
• Proficiency with ClickUp.
• Working knowledge of SQL and API workflows.
