What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor the inbound setter team through daily huddles, 1:1s, and ongoing performance management.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coverage to eliminate operational bottlenecks and support lead flow.
- Develop onboarding plans, standardized training cadences, and conduct targeted call reviews.
- Build and maintain SOPs for CRM management, call flow standards, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and leadership to improve the full sales pipeline from lead acquisition to onboarding.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and defining the ideal setter profile to support rapid scaling.
Requirements
- Prior experience directly managing and developing an inbound setter team.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven leadership experience managing remote sales, customer success, or high-performance operational teams.
- Strong understanding of inbound sales processes, KPIs, and conversion performance.
- Availability to work 40-50+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
