Customer Operations Team Member (Insurance)

Location: Fully remote for full-time hourly employees currently residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, plus uncapped commissions for the sales path and potential equity.

What you will do

• Support customers by identifying coverage gaps, discounts, renewals, and other insurance needs.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Help existing policyholders with policy changes and service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and documents.
• Learn the insurance product and compare options across a large panel of insurance providers.
• Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage.
• Share customer feedback and product improvement ideas with the broader team.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full time on either a five-day, eight-hour schedule or a four-day, ten-hour schedule.
• Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states for full-time hourly employment.

• Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience.
• Property and casualty insurance knowledge or license.
