What you will do

• Oversee benefit design, financial analysis, and plan renewals for an assigned book of business.
• Develop sophisticated renewal strategies and drive solutions for complex client issues.
• Coordinate with account management and client service teams on RFPs, SPRs, and open enrollment strategy.
• Manage revenue, profitability, and project timelines for client accounts and projects.
• Oversee the onboarding of new clients by establishing implementation plans and timelines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of benefits consulting experience required.
• Valid life and health insurance license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications.
• Practical knowledge of the quoting process and tools.
• Knowledge of Health Care Reform (PPACA), HIPAA, and ERISA.
• Ability to influence and effectively interact with members of the C-suite.
