TL;DR

Executive Account Manager: Serving as a strategic leader and primary executive partner for high-value clients with an accent on driving long-term growth and strengthening enterprise relationships. Focus on aligning client strategies with business objectives, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing stakeholders at the executive level.

Location: Must be based in Lincoln, NE (Hybrid: 24 hours in-office per week).

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal C-suite leadership.
  • Lead and execute long-term growth strategies to drive revenue, retention, and innovation.
  • Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand client value and improve service delivery.
  • Own high-stakes contract negotiations, renewals, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Represent the voice of the client in internal strategic forums and leadership discussions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster cross-level collaboration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic account or relationship management.
  • Proven record of leading strategic partnerships and influencing high-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-office attendance in Lincoln, NE.
  • Strong strategic thinking, long-term planning, and innovation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and internal advocacy capabilities.
