Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually.

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal C-suite leadership.
- Lead and execute long-term growth strategies to drive revenue, retention, and innovation.
- Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand client value and improve service delivery.
- Own high-stakes contract negotiations, renewals, and strategic planning discussions.
- Represent the voice of the client in internal strategic forums and leadership discussions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to foster cross-level collaboration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic account or relationship management.
- Proven record of leading strategic partnerships and influencing high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-office attendance in Lincoln, NE.
- Strong strategic thinking, long-term planning, and innovation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and internal advocacy capabilities.
