TL;DR

Account Executive (SLED): Driving strategic sales and business development for hirify.global’s data and analytics platform within the SLED Central region with an accent on consultative solution selling and building deep-seated client relationships. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles at the C-suite level, and achieving year-over-year revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in the US (Texas preferred)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the SLED Central territory.
  • Act as a strategic trusted advisor to key decision-makers across agencies and subcomponents.
  • Drive new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level.
  • Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline creation, and quarterly revenue delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners to build capacity and meet customer demand for services.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and respond with effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Must have established, deep-seated relationships within SLED Central region customers.
  • 4-5+ years of full sales cycle, technology solutions sales, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quota goals.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Big Data, Open Source Applications, or Business Intelligence software.
