What you will do
- Direct and mentor a team of field sales associates to consistently exceed regional revenue targets.
- Take full ownership of the region’s talent roadmap, including strategic recruitment and onboarding of sales personnel.
- Architect regional and territory strategies to capture market share and outmaneuver competitors in the SLED space.
- Manage high-stakes, complex sales cycles and resolve strategic conflicts to close critical deals.
- Maintain and expand executive-level relationships with a portfolio of the region’s largest SLED accounts.
- Partner with the leadership teams of key channel partners to co-mentor sales teams and drive mutual revenue growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in revenue generation and management.
- Proven track record of driving results in the CX, Collaboration, CCaaS, or SaaS space specifically within SLED accounts.
- Expertise in direct SLED selling and indirect channel ecosystems.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
