Location: Must be based in the US (Virginia/Fairfax area or Remote)
Compensation: Base $135,000 – $160,000, OTE $175,000 – $320,000

What you will do
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas across software, SaaS, and professional services.
- Grow established SLED and Healthcare accounts through rigorous territory planning and pipeline building.
- Partner with Sales Engineering to pitch and close complex security deals at the C-level (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs).
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to identify and scale new opportunities.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and structured on-site evaluations.
- Navigate public sector purchasing vehicles such as NASPO, GSA, and state contracts to accelerate the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of combined high-technology or information security sales experience.
- Proven track record of selling security software and cloud solutions to SLED entities or major Healthcare networks.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance environments, specifically HIPAA, CJIS, and FERPA.
- Foundational understanding of networking topologies, cloud security, and the current threat landscape.
- Existing high-level relationships within the territory and experience with government/hospital decision-making processes.
